Albert is currently working towards being licensed to practice law in the provinces of Ontario and Québec. He obtained his dual law degree (LL.B./J.D.) from the National Joint Law program offered by Université de Sherbrooke and Queen’s University. He also obtained an international M.Sc. in Health Technology Assessment & Management (M.Sc.HTA&M) from Université de Montréal.
